All Antiques and Collectibles Dealers are welcome to exhibit at our
Fairs.
- No tables are available unless dealers have reserved them prior to
the Fair. If additional tables are available, the cost will be $ 10 per
table.
- Dealers may camp Saturday night at their booths.
- Showers available.

Thursday, Noon - 5:00 Dealer set-up
(NOTE: After you are set up, merchandise must be covered and remain
covered until 10:00 AM Friday morning.) Dealers not setting up on
Thursday may set up Friday at 10:00 AM.
Opening to the Public - Friday, 10:00 AM

Open to the Public - 8:00 AM

Spaces are 18' wide x 25' deep (this allows most dealers to pull or back
their rigs straight in, rather than having to parallel park in very tight
quarters).
All booth spaces: $ 140.00 each
(Without reservation, add $ 20.) Includes entry for 2 people, all additional
are $10 each. Prices include all three days. No added charges.
- All Antiques and Collectibles Dealers are welcome to exhibit at our
Extravaganzas . Dealers allowed on premises after 6:00 PM Sunday.
However, dealers must stay in campground until Wednesday.
- Dealer set-up is Noon to 5:00 PM, Thursday. HOWEVER, after set up, all
merchandise must be covered and remain covered until 10:00 AM Friday.
No selling on Thursday and/or before 10:00 AM Friday.
Dealers not setting up on Thursday may set up Friday at 10:00 AM.
- Dealer set-up price is the same for one day or all three days.
- All dealers will be able to park at their space (18' wide x 25' deep).
- We do NOT provide tables. Please bring your own.
- Dealers may camp Thursday, Friday and Saturday night at their booth.
- NO ELECTRICITY is available. GENERATORS may run between the hours
of 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- In addition to an extensive brochure circulation throughout the nation,
Extravaganzas are promoted via TV, Radio, major Antiques Publications
and Newspaper.
- On Request, lodging information will be sent with your reservation. -
