Simichrome Metal Polish
Simichrome is the finest all metal polish in the world... Its unique, finely mixed formula
produces a rich, brilliant shine on any uncoated, non-ferrous, metal surface. Perfect
for magnesium, stainless steel, even Plexiglas. Any uncoated, non-ferrous metal
surface; brass, gold, silver, aluminum, magnesium, pewter, chrome, sterling, copper,
stainless steel; can be brought to a brilliant shine using Simichrome. After polishing,
Simichrome leaves a thin protective coating to help prevent tarnishing, which lasts
much longer than other brands of polish. The shelf life is about five years stored cool
and dry.
Metalworking, plastics and other industries have discovered that Simichrome is the
perfect product to polish tool and die molds, extrusion dies... anywhere an ultra fine
final polishing is required. A favorite for home, industry, auto, motorcycle, antique
users and more.
For years, racers have used Simichrome to polish up their H.O. commutators,
especially in classes where you're not allowed to have a trued armature. Just apply a
small amount of Simichrome and polish with a clean cloth. Wipe off excess polish and
buff the surface to a brilliant luster with a clean, soft cloth.
Simichrome also works great for breaking in plastic gears. Apply a bit of Simichrome
to the pinion and crown gear, hook up the car to a power supply and break it in for at
least 4-6 hours running at 3 to 4 volts. Once finished, carefully clean off the
